Beauty of the Week : Olaleye Yetunde Omowunmi

Beauty of the Week : Olaleye Yetunde Omowunmi

I am certainly no stranger to the wondrous world of the ´beauty of beauties.´ Yet, I am certain that if Aphrodite was as beautiful as Wunmi, Hephaestus would have seeked the death of Ares. Trust me, if Helen´ś beauty is enough to cause a bloody war, Wunmi´s would cause… well… I can’t find any phrase to use. This fantasy-provoking beauty is the tomato(well, tomatoes are more expensive, aren’t they?) of every testosterone-pumping guy eyes(I can’t speak for the GAbriels and GAtemen, can I?) From the class of 2020, Wunmi has only begun her march into the gentry of the Faculty of Law´s beauty coterie, and she obviously has a good start already.

A simple assiduous being with effeminate tendencies, it didn’t take much to enjoy the interview, albeit I am certain it’d have been far more gratifying if it had been a face to face interview. Really? Really! You want me to tell you how it was conducted? Do the maths. Anyway, enjoy;
Me: Wunmi tell me about yourself.
Wunmi: My full name is Olaleye Yetunde Omowunmi from a family of six, I’m the only girl. I´m from Ógun state, I am a law student, a model and a fashion designer. Basically, I love food, books, hanging out with my friends and I´m interested in photography. Read the rest of this entry »

BEAUTY OF THE WEEK – LINDA ELGEONYE

BEAUTY OF THE WEEK – LINDA ELGEONYE

I am sorry, yet I’m not sorry and I’m happy. I’m sorry for leaving y’all in the lurch for the past few weeks; circumstances dictate. I believe I am back with a bang, but I leave you to be the judge of that. I am not sorry for the very simple reason that my sabbatical(hey, I just like the term, dont cast me) gave me ample time to pick the apple of every man’s eye; Linda Elegeonye of the class of 19, who so-ably represented JOC in the Manifestos 3.0. And I’m not sorry that yet again, a student from law class of 19 tops the chart(Did I just hear Anita Clement yelp for joy?).
Linda is the epitome of beauty and femifeminine magic in all ramifications, especially with that hair-style(can’t think of a better term) she is presently sporting. Astonishingly humble, fascinatingly fun and exasperatingly cheerful, one can’t help feeling she must be divine. I think there is no one, nvm.

BEAUTY OF THE WEEK : ONOJA REJOICE

Cos girl you’re amazing, just the way you are.
As I went about the task of picking one of the many very beautiful girls that constitute the jeunesse doree of the faculty of law, Bruno Mar’s lyrics kept playing in my head. Of course it is no question of searching for a needle in a haystack, but one of picking an outstanding beauty amongst a sea of others to see. Convinced that I couldn’t decide on one person based on pulchritudinous qualities alone, I decided to go for both the within and the without. And finally, I found a perfect fit in Onoja Rejoice of the law class of ‘19,
Rejoice is a very honest down-to-earth everyone’s sweetheart who seems to share a pulse with her bestie; Azeezat, I’d leave you to imagine the spring in my gait as I took her to lagoon front for the interview(only the interview o) that left me sore on the cheeks because of excessive laughter.

Beauty of the Week – Damilola Linda Obafemi

Beauty of the Week – Damilola Linda Obafemi

By Great Opara
The early morning class is as boring as ever. I’m lost in space and the air is incredibly thick with the collective confusion of over 400 students trying to understand “The Law” *sigh* This is a terrible way to start my day. As I begin to contemplate the difficulties of rustication and suicide, a miracle catwalks past me. The miracle turns her head slightly and smiles at me…and my day is made. Heaven has sent me a saving grace, her name is Obafemi Damilola Linda, Law Class of 18 and our Beauty of The Week 😀

Beauty of the Week – Motunrayo Ope-Ogunseitan (MVP)

Beauty of the Week – Motunrayo Ope-Ogunseitan (MVP)

Interview By Hossana William and Great Opara

IMG-20150810-WA0003

Hello! Faithful followers of the famed faculty blog, full of fascinating features for your… (I am looking for another ‘F’ word to continue the alliteration…ugh, I didn’t find any) enjoyment. This week on our column, beauty of the week(which you stalkers, male…and female alike, love to follow), we have an important person, probably because she’s our faculty’s first female, and a personal favourite friend of mine (again with the F’s…hehe). Yes, your guess is right, she is none other than our own MVP, vice president of the LSS and incredibly beautiful young woman, Ope-Ogunseitan Motunrayo Michelle! (I know, you didn’t know she had Michelle in her name abi, well neither did I). I was given the opportunity…and task of being her interviewer, job which I got done with the help of my Great friend and colleague… (oh, you were waiting for his name? That’s it, Great, his name is Great). And since she is special like that, Tobolos was also in attendance at our interview session (abi I should just call it a forum). And so, here is a little more than you had previously known about our fine vice president. . . We’re not very conventional, and so off the bat Me: Michelle, how many children do you want to have when you get married, if you plan to get married that is? (Great asked how many children she already had, SMH)
